Grapes hand-picked from Gerard and Lucy's G & L Vineyard at Colbinabbin on the 14th of March 2022. Eleven day fermentation, basket-pressed into oak with thirty percent new American and settled before bottling. No fining or filtration. Vegan. Eleven hundred bottles.
