2022 Arli Dookie Hills Shiraz Leggerezza

Low-yielding unirrigated Shiraz from Scott and Anna's organically tended vineyard. Grown on the hilly slopes of Central Victoria and harvested on the 16th March 2022. Ten day fermentation with eight months in seasoned oak. Red berries, pepper, briar and chalky tannins. Unfiltered and unfined. Vegan. Twelve hundred bottles.
